Welcome to Folkora. Folkora is a region-first decentralized community network operating in Closed Beta. Our guiding philosophy is that everyone is a community member. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
2. Content Ownership and Licenses
Your Original Stories: You retain copyright and ownership of the original stories and writings you publish on Folkora. You grant Folkora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, and display your stories across the community network.
Canonical Community Facts: Physical places, business locations, public landmarks, and geographic boundaries represent shared real-world facts. You do not own canonical place records or boundaries merely by proposing or discovering them.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Specifically:
- Never submit fake, non-existent, or imaginary physical places.
- Never submit private residential dwellings or personal apartments as public places.
- Never deploy bots, scrapers, or automation to artificially manipulate views, saves, discoveries, or marks.
- Treat fellow community members with dignity and respect.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations
Folkora makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of place operating hours, addresses, or business information. Community members should independently verify local operating conditions.
